Townline Adds a Live Command Center to Its Local Intelligence Network

The new city-aware control layer turns Townline from a directory of local destinations into a continuously refreshed local intelligence experience.

ARQS has deployed the Townline Command Center across the Townline hub and its city-edition template network. The system brings weather, road conditions, events, published business information, community activity and source-health signals into one local view.

The commercial logic is practical: useful daily information creates a stronger reason for residents to return, while local businesses receive a clearer route into Townline visibility options. The Command Center also uses explicit freshness and availability states. Missing information is labelled instead of being replaced with invented data.

Independent production checks on September 27 confirmed the Command Center live on the Townline hub and the Vernon edition. The Vernon view returned current weather, road, air-quality, wildfire, water, market and source-health information, with its retrieval time visible on the page.

The development is part of ARQS's wider Nexus work: a shared technology layer intended to make portfolio websites more connected, measurable and resilient without erasing each company's identity.
