Services and scope

The purchased product description and confirmed scope define the service. Material additions or changes may require a separate quote or purchase.

Payment

Payment is due through the applicable checkout or agreed billing method. Recurring plans are identified as recurring before purchase.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful access, required permissions and timely approvals needed to perform the work.

Third-party services

External software, APIs, telephony, hosting, advertising media spend and similar provider charges may be separate unless expressly included in the purchased scope.

Review of deliverables

Customers remain responsible for reviewing consequential outputs before operational use and for complying with laws, industry requirements and provider policies applicable to their activities.
