Fixed, variable and high-ratio
Where a lender publishes them clearly, the tracker records comparable fixed and variable mortgage fields plus high-ratio rates and lender prime.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
No fake “best rate” ranking
A lower displayed rate may depend on insurance, amortization, loan-to-value, property type, credit profile or other conditions. We preserve lender context rather than declaring a universal winner.
